This kitchen grout cleaning in Mount Kisco NY revived approximately 120 sq ft of tile flooring without removing or replacing tile.
The cement grout was deep-cleaned using a phosphoric acid wash to remove embedded stains. After drying, a sand-beige epoxy color seal was applied for long-term stain resistance and uniform appearance.
Tiles were masked, joints were cured overnight, and the floor was ready for traffic the next morning.
Result: like-new grout lines with durable protection and zero demolition.
